Driver

Our company in Victoria, BC is looking for a reliable driver to move clients, children, or goods safely and on time. You'll work with a mix of vehicle types and need to bring good people skills along with safe driving habits.

What you'll do

• Operate passenger vans, buses, or commercial trucks depending on the trip

• Check vehicles for cleanliness and safety, and stay alert to mechanical issues before and after each run

• Help passengers board, manage their luggage, and answer their questions courteously

• Stick to traffic laws, safety rules, and company procedures on every route

• Stay in touch with dispatch, clients, or care staff about timing, delays, or special needs

• Plan efficient routes that save time and fuel without compromising safety

• Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle inspections

Requirements

• Comfortable and safe operating commercial-type vehicles

• Experience with children or in senior care settings is a strong plus

• Spanish and English language ability to serve a wide range of clients

• Friendly, professional approach to customer service

• Basic mechanical awareness to spot vehicle issues

• Strong communication skills with passengers and coworkers

• Teaching or writing ability is a bonus for documenting procedures or guiding others

Pay

Up to $250.00 per hour.
