DOT Delivery Driver — $23.25/hr, Paid Training

NK Intelligent Transportation (NKIT), a family-owned Amazon delivery service, is looking for package delivery drivers in the Sterling Heights, MI area. No CDL is needed, just a valid driver's license and a DOT card, and full training is provided. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions are open now.

Pay

• Starting pay is $23.25 per hour, with a possible raise after a 90-day review (one listing shows a range of $23.25 to $24.00 per hour).

Schedule

• Shifts typically run from 10:30 am to 8 or 9 pm, about 10 hours each.

• Full-time schedules are generally four days a week, with some flexibility available.

• Expect to work at least one weekend day in most cases, plus some holidays.

What you'll do

• Deliver Amazon packages on local routes.

• Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and get in and out of the van more than 200 times during a shift (with or without reasonable accommodation).

• Keep safety and delivery performance strong, since drivers are tracked daily on these metrics.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

• A DOT card is required.

• Prior commercial or work-related driving experience.

• Basic knowledge of commercial driving rules and safety practices.

• Must pass a drug screening.

• Comfortable working independently, solving problems on the road, and focused on customer service.
