Delivery Driver — No CDL Required — $46,800–$56,160/yr

Shoeder's Delivery Service, an independent FedEx service provider, is hiring pickup and delivery drivers for routes around Houghton, Hancock, L'anse, and Baraga. You'll drive parcel vehicles over 12,000lb GVWR (no CDL needed), handling stops in both rural and urban areas. This role suits someone who stays safety-minded, manages time well, and can navigate and make calls independently.

Pay

• $46,800.00 to $56,160.00 per year

What you'll do

• Drive modern parcel delivery vehicles across a mix of rural and city routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep vehicles safe and compliant

• Use mobile apps and devices to navigate and manage pickups and deliveries

• Plan your own stop order to run routes efficiently

• Handle packages and customers with care and professionalism

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, weekend, and seasonal openings available

• Flexible scheduling

• Training is paid and adjusted to fit the individual

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must hold or be able to obtain a DOT physical and Federal Medical Certificate for commercial driving
