Delivery Driver (No CDL Required) — $150/day + Bonuses

Our company is hiring delivery drivers to run FedEx Ground packages out of Paducah, KY. No CDL is needed, and you'll work independently handling your own route with the support of a dispatch team.

Pay

• Starts at $150.00 per day, plus bonuses

• Paid weekly

What you'll haul

• Deliver packages using a company-provided vehicle

• Load and unload at each stop

• Confirm package accuracy and complete delivery paperwork

• Plan efficient routes while following traffic and safety rules

Schedule

• Full-time

• Flexible hours based on your availability, no fixed shift

Requirements

• Age 21 or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced setting

• Strong grasp of traffic laws and safe driving practices

• Good organizational, time management and communication skills

• Able to lift up to 150 lbs and maneuver packages from the truck to the customer's door

• Courier experience is a plus but not required

Other duties

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean

• Report any accidents, violations or mechanical issues right away

• Follow company safety and delivery procedures

• Represent the company professionally with customers
