Delivery Driver / Customer Service Rep — From $16.00/hr

Our company in Minot, ND is looking for someone to deliver, set up and service merchandise for customers while also handling customer service duties. You'll be the face of the company in customers' homes and businesses, so a friendly attitude matters as much as your driving.

Pay

• Starts from $16.00 per hour

• Full-time, capped at no more than 40.0 hours per week

What you'll do

• Pick up and drop off merchandise at customer homes and businesses without causing damage

• Load, secure and protect items in the delivery vehicle, then unload, set up and demonstrate how they work

• Check orders before heading out to confirm the right product and accessories are loaded

• Clean and inspect merchandise so it's in good working order before it reaches the customer

• Handle product exchanges, returns and routine service calls

• Keep to the day's delivery schedule and log vehicle movements on route sheets

• Check your assigned vehicle daily for safety and maintenance issues

• Confirm customer ID, collect payments, and get signatures on lease agreements

• Help keep the warehouse and showroom tidy, and pitch in on store marketing efforts when asked

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Able to lift, load and move merchandise weighing 50 to 300 pounds, often using a dolly

• Comfortable with basic electronics and troubleshooting

• Solid communication skills and a neat, professional appearance

• Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and ability to meet the company's driver qualification standards

• Must pass a DOT physical/certification where required, a drug screen, and a background and reference check
