Delivery Driver — $850–$1,000/Week Using Step Vans & Box Trucks

Our company is a FedEx Ground independent contractor hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers around Indianapolis, Greenwood, Mooresville, Camby and Plainfield, Indiana. You'll run local routes using 16-26 foot step vans and box trucks.

Pay

• Starting daily rate of $170-$200, which works out to about $850.00-$1000.00 weekly

• $105 per day during training

• Extra bonuses tied to customer service and safety, paid weekly, monthly and yearly

Schedule

• Day shifts available Tuesday through Saturday or Wednesday through Sunday

• Weekend-only part-time slots on Friday-Sunday or just Saturday-Sunday

• Typical hours run 8 am to 5 pm

What you'll haul

• Customer packages picked up and dropped off along your route

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Pass a background check and drug screening

• Hold a valid driver's license with a For Hire or Chauffeur endorsement; a CDL is accepted but not needed

• Able to lift 75 to 150 pounds with a handcart

• Dependable attendance and safe driving record

• Comfortable using scanners, GPS and following DOT rules

• A year of driving experience with a company like FedEx, Amazon, USPS, UPS or XPO, or rideshare/food delivery work; no experience is fine too since paid training is provided
