Delivery Driver — $23.28/hour

Our company is hiring a temporary driver in Ottawa, ON for up to 12 weeks to handle pickups and deliveries along an assigned route. This is an interview position paying $23.28/ hour.

Pay

What you'll do

• Pick up and drop off packages along your assigned route

• Check shipments against our company's service standards and ensure correct labeling and paperwork

• Load your vehicle and plan your route for efficient stops

• Use onboard tracking and dispatch systems to log accurate information

• Answer customer questions about shipping options, including cross-border requirements

• Flag sales opportunities and market changes to the sales team

• Occasionally help load, unload, sort, or scan packages at aircraft or container sites

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• No prior experience needed, though a year of customer service work is a plus

• Valid license (class 5, G, or 1/AZ) with no more than two violations or accidents in the last 24 months

• Must pass driving record and interview evaluations

• Bilingual French/English required for positions in Quebec
