Delivery Driver — $2000 Sign-On Bonus, No CDL Required

Shoeder's Delivery Service, an independent service provider for FedEx, is hiring pickup and delivery drivers to cover routes in the Houghton, Hancock, L'anse, and Baraga areas. No CDL is needed, and a $2000.00 sign-on bonus is offered. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling options.

Pay

• $50,700.00 - $60,060.00 per year

What you'll do

• Drive parcel delivery vehicles (12,000 lb+ GVWR) through both rural and city routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep vehicles safe and compliant

• Use mobile apps and electronic tools to navigate and manage pickups and deliveries

• Plan your own stop order to keep your route efficient

• Handle packages carefully and treat customers professionally

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, weekend, and seasonal openings available

• Flexible scheduling

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to obtain a DOT physical and Federal Medical Certificate for commercial vehicle operation

• No CDL required
