Delivery Driver — $2000 Sign-On Bonus, No CDL Required

Shoeder's Delivery Service, an independent FedEx service provider, is looking for pickup and delivery drivers to run routes in the Houghton, Hancock, L'anse, and Baraga areas. A $2000.00 sign on bonus is offered, and no CDL is needed for this role.

Pay

• $50,700.00 - $60,060.00 per year

• $2000.00 sign on bonus

What you'll drive

• Modern parcel delivery vehicles rated 12,000lb+ GVWR (no CDL required)

• Routes cover both rural and urban territory

What the job involves

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to keep things safe and compliant

• Navigating and logging pickups and deliveries with a mobile app and electronic device

• Planning your own stop order to keep the route efficient

• Handling packages carefully and interacting with customers professionally

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, weekend, and seasonal openings available

• Flexible scheduling

• Training is paid and adjusted to fit the individual

Requirements

• Minimum age 21

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must hold, or be able to obtain, a DOT physical and Federal Medical Certificate for commercial driving
