Delivery Driver — $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, No CDL Required

Shoeder's Delivery Service, an independent FedEx service provider, is hiring pickup and delivery drivers to run routes in the Houghton, Hancock, L'anse, and Baraga areas. You'll drive a parcel delivery vehicle through rural and urban stops, with a sign-on bonus for new hires.

Pay

• $50,700.00 to $60,060.00 per year

• $2,000.00 sign-on bonus

What you'll do

• Drive a parcel vehicle rated over 12,000lb GVWR (CDL not required) across assigned city and rural routes

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep the vehicle safe and compliant

• Use mobile apps and electronic devices to navigate and manage pickups and deliveries

• Plan your own stop order to run the route efficiently

• Handle packages carefully and represent the company professionally with customers

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, weekend, and seasonal openings available

• Flexible scheduling

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to obtain a DOT physical and Federal Medical Certificate for commercial driving
