Dedicated Flatbed CDL-A Driver — Home Every 2-3 Weeks, $76K–$90K/Year

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated flatbed account. Both experienced drivers and newcomers (including those seeking CDL sponsorship) are welcome.

Pay

• $76K–$90K per year, depending on experience

• Weekly guarantee pay plus a pay-for-performance bonus

• Extra pay for stops and detention time

• PRE and training pay: experienced drivers get $1,000 PRE + $1,000 training; students get $750 PRE + $700 training

• Referral bonuses: $1,000–$2,000 for CDL-A referrals (based on experience), $500 for non-CDL referrals

Home time

• Home every 2-3 weeks for 2-3 days

• Drive up to 2,300 miles per week

What you'll haul

• Dedicated flatbed freight, running mainly within a 500-mile radius of Dyersburg, TN, with possible trips across the Lower 48

Equipment

• Trucks equipped with collision mitigation and active braking, Stoneridge MirrorEye camera systems, tire pressure monitoring, in-truck Wi-Fi, and a driver portal app

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• Minimum age 21
