Dedicated CDL-A Flatbed Driver — Home Every 2-3 Weeks — $76K–$90K/Year

Our company has a dedicated flatbed opening for CDL-A drivers who want solid pay and predictable time off. This runs mostly within a 500-mile radius of Dyersburg, TN, with possible trips across the Lower 48. Both experienced drivers and those new to trucking (including CDL sponsorship candidates) are welcome.

Pay

• $76K–$90K per year, based on experience

• Weekly guarantee pay plus a performance bonus

• Extra pay for stops and detention time

• PRE and training pay: experienced drivers get $1,000 PRE + $1,000 training; students get $750 PRE + $700 training

• Referral bonuses: $1,000–$2,000 for CDL-A referrals (based on experience), $500 for non-CDL referrals

Home time

• Out 2-3 weeks, then home for 2-3 days

• Up to 2,300 miles per week

What you'll haul

• Flatbed freight, running mainly within 500 miles of Dyersburg, TN, with occasional runs elsewhere in the Lower 48

Equipment

• Trucks equipped with collision mitigation and active braking

• Stoneridge MirrorEye camera system instead of traditional mirrors

• Driver portal software and tire pressure monitoring

• In-cab Wi-Fi

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Must live within the hiring area

• Open to drivers from any background, including military, construction, medical, warehouse, oilfield, food service and owner-operators

• Students and experienced drivers can both apply
