Crane Truck Driver/Operator — $35–$38/hr

Our company, a Canadian distributor of exterior building supplies, needs a Crane Truck Driver/Operator in Burnaby, BC to deliver materials and run the truck-mounted crane. Pay runs $35-38/hr with a full benefits package.

Pay

• $35-38 per hour

What you'll haul

• Roofing, siding, metal and building envelope products, loaded and unloaded using the truck's crane

Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver product safely

• Run pre-trip inspections and maintenance checks on the crane, including cleaning and lubrication

• Keep the store, yard and truck areas tidy

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Take on other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Class 3 CDL with a clean abstract (Western locations) or AZ/DZ license with a clean abstract (Eastern locations)

• Valid Crane Operator A Ticket

• Load securement training (company can provide this)

• Working at Heights/Fall Protection training is a plus (can be provided)

• First Aid certification is a plus (can be provided)

• Forklift/Moffett experience is a plus (can be provided)

• Prior truck driving and crane operating experience preferred

• Able to repeatedly lift, push and carry 80-100 lbs

• Good customer service skills; roofing industry knowledge is a plus
