Class 5 Route Truck Driver / Merchandiser — $18.00-$21.00/hr

Our company in Winnipeg, MB is looking for a full-time, permanent route driver who also handles merchandising duties, delivering to multiple stops and restocking shelves along the way.

Pay

• $18.00-$21.00 per hour

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a 5-ton truck on multiple-stop delivery routes

• Experience with refrigerated trucks is a plus

• You'll be merchandising product and hand-bombing freight, plus picking orders from pallets

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 license

• At least 2 years behind the wheel of a 5-ton truck

• 2 years of experience with multi-stop deliveries, merchandising, hand-bombing freight and pallet order picking

• A clean driving record you can provide documentation for

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Physically able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

• Strong spoken and written English

• Comfortable using ELDs and smartphone apps for the job

• Legally able to work in Canada

• A customer-focused attitude

• Your own vehicle to get to work, since the yard is in a rural area without bus service
