About this job
Our company needs a Class 3 delivery driver in Moncton, NB to handle customer deliveries safely and on schedule. Shifts start early, between 4am and 5am, with end times varying by route, and overtime may be required.
Pay
- $28.65 to $31.85 per hour, based on experience, skills, and other factors
What you'll do
- Drive a company vehicle on scheduled delivery routes
- Load and unload freight, using truck-mounted liftgates and manual or electric pallet jacks
- Confirm delivery paperwork and keep accurate records
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous way at each stop
- Inspect your vehicle and flag any safety or mechanical issues
- Follow all transportation and safety rules
Requirements
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class 3 license with an FM designation
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and stand for extended periods
- French language ability, liftgate experience, and logistics background are a plus
