Class 3 Delivery Driver — Air Brakes, $21–$27/hr

Our company in Moncton, New Brunswick needs a Class 3 driver with an Air Brake endorsement for full-time delivery work. This is a seasonal business, busiest from April through September, so schedule flexibility matters.

Pay

• $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time year-round, with extra hours and overtime during the April–September peak season

• About 10 weekends worked between July and the second weekend of September

• Hours taper off after September, and 40 hours a week isn't guaranteed from roughly October through March, though the company tries to keep drivers busy

What you'll do

• Help plan delivery routes by geography, customer needs and schedule

• Drive safely in line with transport rules and company procedures

• Handle delivery paperwork and reporting

• Load and unload the truck with safe lifting practices

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Take customer payments and help with their inventory needs, acting as the face of the company

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 licence with Air Brake endorsement

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Clean driver's abstract and criminal background check

• Comfortable with basic computer and electronic delivery systems

• Strong focus on safety, customer service and working independently
