Class 3 Bulk Petroleum Driver — Home Daily, $26.24–$33.69/hr

Our company is looking for a full-time Class 3 driver to join its Bulk Petroleum Division in Chilliwack, BC. You'll deliver fuel to customer sites across BC and return home every day.

What you'll haul

• Bulk petroleum products delivered to customer locations throughout BC, based mainly out of the Chilliwack facility with possible trips to the Langley (Aldergrove) Bulk Petroleum Facility

• Filling generators, equipment and fuel tanks, including wheel-to-wheel refuelling at customer sites

• Daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, reporting any needed repairs

• Confirming delivery details and any special instructions before each run

• Staying in regular contact with dispatch and office staff and following all safety and commercial driving rules

Pay

• $26.24 to $33.69 per hour, paid hourly

• Wage increases tied to time in the role and meeting job expectations

Home time

• Local routes within Canada only, so you're home every night

Schedule

• Shifts vary and can include early mornings, weekdays and weekends; afternoon availability is preferred

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 licence with air brakes endorsement

• 3+ years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred

• Training from a recognized driver training school is a plus

• Clean driver's abstract, checked annually

• Background in agriculture or farming is an asset

• Good customer service and communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced setting

• Physically able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs, climb equipment regularly, and handle wheel-to-wheel refuelling tasks

• This is a safety-sensitive role subject to drug and alcohol testing
