Class 1 Truck Driver — Local & Regional Routes — Regina, SK

Our company is looking for a dependable Class 1 driver to run local and regional routes out of Regina, SK. This is a full-time position with open availability required, since shift start times and schedules vary with operational needs.

What you'll do

• Haul freight safely on city and regional lanes, handling pickups and deliveries to customers in and around Regina

• Run tractor-trailer equipment according to company and regulatory standards

• Do complete pre-trip and post-trip checks (tires, brakes, lights, cargo securement) and flag any problems to maintenance right away

• Keep e-logs, inspection reports, delivery paperwork and incident reports accurate and up to date

• Follow hours-of-service rules and all safety procedures

• Stay flexible for overtime, weekend work, or overnight runs when the business needs it

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license

• Bondable and legally able to work in Canada

• Clean CVOR and driver's abstract

• Commercial driving experience verifiable within the last 3 months to 1 year, with at least 1 year of Class 1 experience overall

• Solid grasp of road safety rules, hours-of-service regulations, and how to secure loads properly

• Comfortable driving commercial vehicles in winter conditions

• Able to handle eLogs and complete inspection and delivery paperwork accurately

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs when needed, including manual loading/unloading of freight (hand-bombing) as required

• Good communication and customer service skills, with a safety-first mindset
