Class 1 Truck Driver — $28.00–$32.00/hr Hauling Aggregate

Our company in Thompson, MB is looking for a Class 1 truck driver to haul aggregate and related materials on local and longer runs. You'll handle end dump, belly dump and side dump trailers while keeping deliveries on schedule and safe.

Pay

• $28.00-$32.00 per hour

• Expected hours: 50.0-80.0 per week

What you'll haul

• Gravel, water, fuel, equipment and other materials

• End dump, belly dump and side dump trailer work

What you'll do

• Run Class 1 trucks over short and long distances, following traffic laws and safety rules

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip checks covering brakes, lights, tires and load security

• Keep your rig maintained and compliant with safety standards

• Log deliveries and vehicle records accurately per company and regulatory rules

• Stay in contact with dispatch and clients to coordinate timing and resolve any delivery issues

• Use proper PPE and respect load limits at all times

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving record

• Experience hauling with end dump, belly dump and side dump trailers

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for roadside or yard issues

• Good communication with coworkers and clients

• Comfortable doing thorough inspections and keeping accurate logs
