Class 1 Truck Driver — $1,500–$2,500/Week

Our company in Abbotsford, BC is looking for a dependable Class 1 truck driver to haul freight and equipment to different sites. You'll handle deliveries, loading, and basic vehicle upkeep while keeping safety and paperwork on track.

Pay

• $1,500.00-$2,500.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Freight, equipment, and materials delivered to various locations

• Loading and unloading using forklifts or other heavy equipment, with proper securement

Responsibilities

• Operate the truck safely on all routes while following traffic laws and company procedures

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and compliance

• Keep delivery logs, shipping paperwork, and compliance documents accurate and up to date

• Handle minor repairs or troubleshooting to keep the truck road-ready

• Stay in contact with dispatch, warehouse staff, and clients about schedules and any delivery issues

• Help out with warehouse tasks or equipment operation when needed

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 commercial driver's license with a clean record

• Background in commercial driving, freight hauling, or similar work

• Forklift and heavy equipment handling skills preferred

• Basic automotive repair knowledge is a plus

• Comfortable operating heavy machinery safely

• Organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and safety steps

• Physically able to load and unload freight, lift heavy items, and perform inspections

• Flatbed trailer experience (2 years) preferred

• Logistics or vehicle maintenance background is a bonus
