About this job
Our company Ltd. is looking for a Class 1 team driver for Canada-only runs between Ontario and Manitoba. You'll typically be out 5–7 days per trip, covering routes through ON, MB, QC, AB and SK, with no fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Pay
- $0.385/mile in team earning potential, with $0.355/mile in Canada paid per team driver
- An extra $0.03/mile safety bonus
- All miles paid, including live loading and unloading, with limited wait time
- Experienced drivers get assigned units
Home time
- Excellent home time between runs, which generally last 5–7 days
What you'll haul
- Highway truckload freight across Canada, mainly between Ontario and Manitoba
- Monthly mileage typically runs 18,000–21,000 miles
Requirements
- Valid Class AZ license
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Experience on Hwy 11/17 is a plus
- Clean commercial driving abstract and strong safety record
- Able to depart on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and drive nights when needed
