Class 1 Short & Long Haul Driver — Western Canada & Western USA

Our company in Surrey, BC is adding Class 1 drivers for short and long haul runs across Western Canada and Western USA. They're looking for reliable drivers ready to start right away and run well-planned lanes on a modern fleet.

Pay

• Paid by the mile

• Annual pay range: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Home time

• Flexible scheduling, with home time arranged around your needs

What you'll haul

• Freight moving through Western Canada and Western USA on planned routes

• You'll secure loads yourself using straps, chains or tarps depending on what the freight requires

What the job involves

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, with any problems reported right away

• Accurate, up-to-date ELD logs that meet NSC standards

• Staying in close contact with dispatch so schedules stay on track

• Watching for bridge heights, weight limits and traffic rules on every run

Requirements

• Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement

• At least 1.5 years of verifiable commercial driving experience

• Clean driving abstract (N-Print) with fewer than 4 points

• Able to handle physical tasks like chaining up and tarping, including in winter conditions

• Dependable, on time and professional
