About this job
Our company needs local Class 1 Quad drivers based in Grand Forks. You'll be home every day while hauling for one of BC's largest fibre transportation companies.
Pay
- Starting at $32.21 per hour
- $500 bonus once you finish your 90-day probation period
- 3.3% safety bonus
Home time
- Home daily, with dispatch support around the clock
What you'll haul
- Quad configuration, 53-foot trailers
- Super B trailer experience preferred
- Chip truck background is a plus but not required
Requirements
- Class 1 license with air brakes
- At least 1 year driving Class 1 trucks
- At least 1 year of winter and mountain driving
- Super B and 53-foot Quad trailer experience preferred
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions and mountain terrain
- Able to handle the physical demands of the job
- Clean commercial driver's abstract
- Reliable, safety-minded and professional on the road
