Class 1 Highway Truck Driver — $75,000–$95,000/Year

Our company, based in Alberta with operations in Edmonton and Calgary, needs experienced highway drivers for runs across western Canada. Expect to be away from home for at least 5 days at a stretch.

Pay

• $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Routes

• Hauling to various destinations throughout western Canada

• Trips keep you out of town regularly, minimum 5 days at a time

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 License

• At least 2 years behind the wheel

• Solid grasp of Hours of Service rules

• Comfortable with logbooks and inspection reports, whether paper or electronic

• Able to handle driving in all kinds of road and weather conditions, including mountain routes and winter driving

• Strong communication skills and willingness to keep learning

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Knowing how to chain up is a plus, though training is available
