Class 1 Fuel Truck Driver — Part-Time, From $35.00/hr

Castle Fuels is looking for an experienced Class 1 driver to deliver fuel in and around Golden, BC. This is a part-time, year-round position with a steady schedule and a team that puts safety first.

Pay

• Starts from $35.00 per hour, based on experience

• Hourly shift premiums and safety incentives on top of base pay

Schedule

• Part-time, 2-3 days per week

• Shifts run 9+ hours with flexible start times

• Some afternoon, weekend and occasional evening work depending on customer needs

• Year-round work, no seasonal layoffs

What you'll haul

• Fuel delivery, including loading, distributing and dispensing product

• Mountain routes using B-Trains and Tri-Drives with pony or quad trailers

What you'll do

• Run pre-trip inspections and keep inspection reports and paperwork up to date

• Load and unload following safe procedures, keeping the truck clean, legal and well maintained

• Handle physical tasks like pulling hoses, heavy lifting and repetitive movements, often in tough weather

Requirements

• Class 1 licence with air endorsement

• Must be based in Golden

• Clean ICBC driver's abstract

• At least 3 years of commercial mountain driving experience (B-Train, Tri-Drive with pony or quad trailers)

• Prior fuel delivery experience is a plus

• Clear criminal record check preferred

• Strong focus on safety, good customer service and the physical fitness the job demands
