Class 1 Bulk Milk Tanker Driver — Home Daily, $34.34–$36.15/hr

Our company is looking for a Bulk Milk Tanker Driver to haul milk in the Fraser Valley. You'll work rotating shifts, including some weekends, but you'll be home every day. This role suits someone who works well independently and takes safety and cleanliness seriously.

Pay

• Starts at $34.34/hour

• Moves up to $36.15/hour after 3 months

• Further scheduled increases in 2027 and 2028

Home time

• Home every day, no overnight trips

• Shifts rotate with other drivers and include some weekend work

What you'll haul

• Bulk milk, picked up and delivered by tractor-trailer tanker

• May involve Super B configurations and loads that can shift or move

What the job involves

• Operating the tanker safely and efficiently, following Dairy Industry Act rules and company procedures

• Fueling the truck, checking oil, doing trip inspections, and flagging any repairs needed

• Loading and unloading with little to no product loss

• Cleaning the inside and outside of the tanks

• Climbing ladders to check tank levels and cleanliness

• Keeping accurate logbooks and mileage records, and reporting any incidents promptly

• Staying in regular contact with coworkers, customers, and your Lead Hand or Route Foreman

• Treating customers, the public, and coworkers with respect, and handling any complaints professionally

Requirements

• Class 1 license, required to operate a tractor-trailer

• Experience hauling unstable loads

• Super B hauling experience is a plus

• Must be willing to obtain a Milk Grader's License (company provides training)

• Must pass a company driving test and a medical exam

• A reasonably clean driver's abstract

• Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to manage your time and tasks with minimal supervision
