Class 1/2 Motorcoach Operator (Edmonton) — $30.00/hr, Term to Oct 2026

Our company is looking for Motorcoach Operators in Edmonton, AB to carry passengers safely and comfortably on routes within and between cities across Western Canada. This is a full-time, temporary position running until the end of October 2026, covering everything from sports team transport to school trips and chartered tours. You'll report to the Operations Manager and act as a front-line representative of the company.

Pay

• $30.00 per hour, based on experience.

What you'll do

• Drive passengers safely, following all company safety rules and procedures.

• Help load and unload luggage.

• Answer passenger questions and handle concerns courteously.

• Update passengers on trip status, including any delays.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and document any incidents involving the vehicle, passengers, or staff.

• Keep the coach clean and well-presented.

• Fill out trip logs.

• Be available for varied shifts, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Requirements

• Class 1 or Class 2 Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement.

• Clean driving record (abstract required).

• Familiarity with motor coach operations and relevant safety, ADA, DMV, and DOT standards.

• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience, motor coach experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of motor coach driving experience.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• High school diploma or GED.
