CDL Roll Off Truck Driver — Miami, FL

Our company is hiring a CDL Roll Off Driver to run assigned routes in the Miami, FL area, serving residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers. You'll handle a roll off truck and hydraulic equipment while keeping safety and customer service front and center.

What you'll do

• Operate a roll off truck on your assigned route, collecting, hauling, swapping out or disposing of materials per company procedure

• Run hydraulic controls and other vehicle equipment safely

• Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections every shift

• Flag mechanical issues, safety concerns, accidents or delays right away

• Stay in touch with dispatch and operations throughout your shift

• Log your route activity using onboard devices and technology

• Keep your truck clean and in good shape

• Pitch in to help teammates finish their routes or cover other tasks once you're done with yours

• Follow DOT rules, company safety policy, and wear PPE on the job

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean enough driving record to meet company standards

• Able to safely run commercial trucks and related equipment

• Solid safety mindset and compliance focus

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable working outside in all kinds of weather

• Able to lift, push, pull or move up to 50 pounds

• Able to climb, bend, squat, kneel and get in and out of the truck repeatedly during your shift

• Open to overtime and schedule changes based on business needs
