About this job
Our company is hiring experienced CDL drivers for a direct-hire regional route based in Washougal, Washington, running between Washington and Oregon. You'll work early starts, 12-hour days, and occasional overnight stays while keeping deliveries on schedule and in compliance with safety rules.
Pay
- $85,000 base salary per year
- $75 per layover night, plus hotel provided
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, with an occasional optional 6th day
- Shifts start between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- 12-hour workdays
- Out overnight 1-2 nights per week depending on the route
What you'll haul
You'll run regional routes across Washington and Oregon, picking up and delivering freight on time while keeping cargo secure and in good condition.
Requirements
- Valid CDL
- Solid background driving regional or semi-local routes
- Good safety record and working knowledge of DOT rules
- Able to handle early-morning starts, 12-hour shifts and occasional overnight travel
- Steady job history without frequent short-term stints
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- A plus: WA/OR route experience, strong route-planning skills, a clean driving record, familiarity with ELDs, and good communication with dispatch and customers
