About this job
Our company (TEC) needs a CDL Hydro-Seeder Foreman to drive a company hydro-seeder truck and lead crew work on erosion control job sites across the Southeast. You'll handle both driving and hands-on labor duties while keeping safety front and center.
What you'll do
- Operate the company hydro-seeder truck
- Take on general laborer tasks alongside the crew
- Clean up job sites and reload any leftover materials once work wraps up
- Follow company safety rules and help keep the crew safety-minded
- Work outdoors in rain, heat, or cold as needed
Requirements
- Valid CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with 3 years of verifiable MVR history
- Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Prior driving experience required
- Experience driving half-ton or three-quarter-ton trucks
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
