CDL Company Driver — $0.80–$0.90 CPM or Percentage Pay

Our company is looking for solo and team company drivers to run local and over-the-road routes out of Philadelphia, PA. You can be paid per mile or take a cut of the gross revenue, and there's no escrow required to start.

Pay

• Solo drivers: $0.80 CPM or 35% of gross

• Team drivers: $0.90 CPM or 40% of gross

• Weekly earnings have ranged from $3,500 to $7,000

• Travel costs to reach the company yard are covered

• No escrow deduction

What you'll haul

• General freight in dry vans

• Refrigerated loads

• Flatbed and tanker equipment

• Automobile shipments

• Hazardous materials/dangerous goods when assigned and properly qualified

What you'll do

• Navigate routes using GPS to reach deliveries on time

• Check your vehicle before and after each trip and report any maintenance issues, staying compliant with DOT/FMCSA rules

• Load, unload and secure cargo, including manual handling when needed

• Confirm cargo and paperwork match, and keep accurate trip records

• Report delivery status updates along the way

Requirements

• Valid CDL matching the vehicle and freight you're hauling

• Comfortable driving a manual transmission

• Capable of loading, unloading and securing freight yourself

• Hazmat endorsement and knowledge of dangerous goods rules preferred if you'll carry those loads

• Prior truck driving or delivery experience is a plus, especially with tractor-trailers, reefers, flatbeds, tankers or car hauling
