CDL Box Truck Driver — $1,500–$2,500/Week

Our company is looking for a box truck driver to handle both over-the-road and local delivery routes, including some refrigerated loads. You'll be responsible for safe driving, proper freight handling and keeping accurate paperwork along the way.

Pay

• $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 per week

What you'll haul

• General freight in box trucks, including refrigerated trailers

• Loads may occasionally involve flatbed or tanker setups

• Some routes include hazardous materials, handled under FMCSA and hazmat rules

What you'll do

• Drive box trucks on OTR and local routes

• Load and unload cargo safely to avoid damage or injury

• Plan routes and adjust in real time using GPS

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck, trailer and cargo per DOT standards

• Keep delivery logs, reports and documentation accurate and DOT-compliant

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record

• Prior experience driving commercial trucks, making deliveries, or loading and unloading freight

• Comfortable driving a manual transmission

• Working knowledge of FMCSA rules and hazardous materials handling

• Experience using GPS systems for route planning

• Understanding of DOT rules covering commercial driving and hazmat transport
