CDL-B Route Sales Delivery Driver — Approx. $108,000/Year

Our company is looking for a Route Sales Delivery Driver to serve a dedicated territory of residential, commercial and retail customers out of Lorton, VA. You'll drive a commercial vehicle to make deliveries while also growing the account base and providing hands-on customer service.

Pay

• Average earning potential is approximately $108,000 per year, made up of about $53,000 base pay plus uncapped commission after training, paid weekly

• During training, the rate is $6,032 per month

• Commission figures are estimates based on 2025 averages and aren't guaranteed, since they depend on your own performance and circumstances

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with Saturdays possible depending on business needs

• Start times fall between 6 am and 7 am, and you work until the day's deliveries are finished

• Expect to average 45+ hours a week, with start and end times that can vary

What you'll haul

You'll deliver our company' beverage products to accounts along your route, including convenience stores, small independent groceries and bodegas. Part of the job is growing the route by opening new accounts and selling the full product lineup to current customers, both during and outside normal hours.

Requirements

• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (our company is a certified CDL provider and can help you earn your Class B where available)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

• Must be at least 21 years old per DOT rules

• Able to obtain a DOT medical card

• Clean driving history over the past 3 years: only one license held, no suspensions, revocations or cancellations, no more than 2 moving violations, no reckless driving, and no DUI/DWI, test refusal, hit-and-run, driving a CMV without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accidents

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and operating independently

• Able to climb in and out of the truck roughly 40-55 times a day

• Able to lift and carry around 250+ units daily, each up to 60 lbs, using equipment as needed, and to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, push and pull as the job requires (with or without reasonable accommodation)

• Strong face-to-face customer service and selling ability

• Strong English communication skills for working with customers and teammates
