About this job
Our company is looking for a local delivery driver to bring fuel to homes and businesses near Millersville, MD. You'll be home every night and get full training, including help earning any endorsements you don't already have.
Pay
- $22.60 to $28.20 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime pay possible depending on business needs
Home time
- Local routes with home time every night
What you'll do
- Deliver fuel safely and efficiently to customer homes and businesses on local routes
- Check and maintain your delivery truck, including inspections and reporting anything that needs attention
- Track funds and inventory using a handheld terminal
- Deliver strong customer service on every stop
Requirements
- Class B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements (training provided if you don't have these yet)
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate operation
- Able to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Strong customer service skills
- Must meet English Language Proficiency requirements under 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2), including reading road signs, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports in English
