CDL-B Local Fuel Delivery Driver — Home Daily, $28.00/hr

Our company in Aurora, IL is hiring a local tanker driver to deliver fuel and lubricant products around the Chicagoland area. This is a full-time second shift role, and you'll be home every night, weekend and holiday.

Pay

• $28.00 per hour

Home time

• Local Chicagoland routes only, no long-haul runs

• Home nightly, including weekends and holidays

What you'll haul

• Bulk and packaged fuel and lubricant products

• Work involves connecting and flushing hoses and following quality control steps during each delivery

• You'll also load and unload bulk product at the plant

Requirements

• CDL Class B required; Class A is a plus

• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred, not required to start; the company will train you to get certified if you don't already hold them

• About 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication, organization, time management and basic math skills

• Comfortable using an electronic dispatch system

• Responsible for completing daily vehicle inspection reports and keeping your truck and work area clean and safe

• Must pass a drug test and background check

• Reliable, able to work well with coworkers
