About this job
Our company is looking for a local fuel delivery driver in Washington, NC. You will deliver propane to homes and businesses on local routes and be home every night.
What you'll do
- Deliver fuel to residential and business customers on local routes, home every night
- Check and inspect your delivery truck, logging any maintenance issues
- Track funds and inventory using a handheld terminal
- Represent the company with strong customer service
Requirements
- Class B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker and air brake endorsements (training provided if you don't have these yet)
- Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate operation
- Able to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Meets the English Language Proficiency standard under 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2), including reading highway signs, responding to official inquiries, and completing reports in English
