CDL-B Fuel Delivery Driver — Hazmat & Tanker Required

Our company in Mount Vernon, OH is looking for a local fuel delivery driver to haul fuel and oil to customer bulk tanks, generators and equipment. No fuel hauling background is needed since the company trains you, but you must already hold your Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

What you'll do

• Deliver fuel and oil to customer bulk tanks, generators and equipment

• Load fuel at the terminal and maneuver the truck for loading and unloading

• Check your vehicle each day for mechanical or safety concerns

• Confirm delivery instructions and report any defects, accidents or violations

• Follow all truck driving laws and company procedures, including size, weight, route, parking and break rules

Schedule

This is a local, Monday through Friday role running from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend availability needed at times. The position is overtime eligible.

Requirements

• Class A or Class B license

• Current Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (required)

• At least 21 years old

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a Class B tractor/trailer

• Clean recent driving record, with no recent moving violations

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and able to lift, push, pull, bend and climb in and out of the truck

• Able to operate a manual transmission Class B truck

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
