CDL-B Food Delivery Driver — Average $75,000/Year

Our company is hiring a CDL-B delivery driver to run local and regional food distribution routes out of New Windsor, MD. You'll drive a straight truck or tractor trailer, deliver and unload food products, and interact directly with customers.

Pay

• Average annual pay: $75,000

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday

• Dispatch between 3:00 and 6:00 am

What you'll do

• Inspect your tractor and trailer before and after each trip per DOT rules

• Drive local, OTR, shuttle, and overnight/drive-and-drop routes to deliver food products

• Unload product and move it into customer storage areas

• Verify deliveries, collect signatures, and handle cash or check payments where required

• Load customer returns, complete required paperwork, and log hours of service

• Keep your truck and the dock area clean

Requirements

• Valid CDL-B

• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent

• Must be 21 or older

• Clean MVR for the past 3 years

• Pass a drug test, background check, and road test

• Valid or obtainable DOT Health Card

• Able to lift and move product cases weighing roughly 10 to 90 pounds
