CDL-B Delivery Driver — 4-Day Week, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is hiring a CDL-B driver to deliver food and food-related products to customers out of Essex, VT. You'll run a set 4-day schedule with 3 days off, and earn an average of $104,000 a year.

Schedule

• Work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; off Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

• Dispatch happens between 3:00 and 4:30 AM

• Expect roughly 10-12 hours on the road per shift

• Report daily to the Essex, VT location

Pay and bonus

• Average annual earnings around $104,000

• $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid out in 3 installments over 9 months

What you'll do

You'll drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck on local, over-the-road, shuttle, and overnight drive-and-drop routes, delivering and unloading food products safely and on schedule. Daily tasks include pre- and post-trip inspections, securing and checking freight, completing delivery paperwork, collecting payments when required, handling customer returns, and keeping your truck and the loading dock clean and organized, all while following DOT rules.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-B license

• At least 12 months of commercial driving experience

• 21 years or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Clean driving record for the last 3 years

• Able to pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and road test

• Current or obtainable DOT Health Card

• Able to lift and move product cases weighing roughly 10-90 pounds using hand tools like a two-wheeler or lift gate
