About this job
Our company has a full-time opening in Macedonia, OH for a Class A yard driver. You'll spot trailers around the dock on a four-day schedule, and you'll be back home every night.
Pay
- $25.58 per hour, with overtime kicking in past 40 hours a week
- Payday falls every Friday
Home time
- You're off three days a week, working Sunday through Wednesday
- Shifts begin at 5:00 AM
- No nights away from home
What you'll do
- Shuffle trailers to and from dock doors based on management's direction
- Hook up and unhook trailers
- Set chocks on trailers once they're spotted for loading or unloading, and again before pulling them from the doors
Equipment
Trucks are late-model Penske units, equipped with inward- and outward-facing cameras for safety monitoring.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
