About this job
Our company moves high-end yachts across the country and needs CDL-A drivers to haul them safely using Ram 5500 trucks with custom marine trailers. Both part-time weekend and full-time positions are open.
What you'll haul
- High-value yachts, pulled with Ram 5500 trucks and custom marine trailers
What you'll do
- Drive yachts safely to their destinations
- Plan your route, manage your schedule and handle the paperwork that comes with each run
- Stay in professional contact with marinas, customers and the office
- Follow DOT rules and the company's safety policies
- Represent the company well in how you work and communicate
Schedule
- Expect travel with occasional overnight stays, sometimes longer depending on the job
- Busy seasons mean longer hours and a faster pace
- Flexibility is needed since schedules can shift
