About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers out of Kansas City, KS to run Amazon freight, with your choice of two schedules. You'll get weekly paychecks, newer trucks, and benefits kicking in after your first month on the job.
Pay
- Regional option: $25 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime possible depending on operational needs
- OTR option: $1,600 guaranteed every week, also paid weekly
Schedule options
- Regional: work four days, then get four days off in a row; afternoon and evening starts, varying by assignment
- OTR Solo: depart around Sunday or Monday, return Thursday or Friday, starting near 11:00 a.m., with several days away from home each trip
What you'll haul
- Amazon-affiliated freight dispatched out of Kansas City, KS
- Regional runs cover Kansas City, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chicago, Memphis, Arkansas, and other Midwest/South-central markets
- Regional drivers run 2024-2026 International, Peterbilt, and Volvo trucks; OTR drivers get a 2027 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper with a microwave and TV
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- About a year of CDL-A experience is preferred
- Clean driving history and solid DOT compliance
- Reliable, professional, and safety-minded
