CDL-A Truck Driver — No Experience Needed, $0.55+ CPM

Virginia Beach-based carrier is hiring CDL Class A drivers for regional and OTR freight across Virginia and the Eastern U.S. New CDL holders and experienced drivers are both encouraged to apply.

Pay

• Weekly earnings typically run $1,300–$2,000

• Starting rate begins at $0.55 per mile, with raises tied to tenure on eligible routes

• Stop pay and performance bonuses offered on select positions

Home time

• Get home weekly or every two weeks, depending on the position

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, mostly drop-and-hook with occasional live loading and unloading

• Weekly mileage runs roughly 1,800–2,800 depending on the route

• Day and night shift options available

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL

• No prior experience needed for qualifying trainee positions; experienced drivers also welcome

• Must satisfy DOT and company hiring standards

• Should be willing to handle some city driving within assigned routes

What you'll do

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely on regional and OTR runs

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Deliver freight on time while keeping accurate logs and staying DOT compliant
