CDL-A Truck Driver — Home Daily, Avg $94,000/Year + $10,000 Sign-On

Run multi-stop deliveries of auto parts and supplies to dealerships, with drop and hook freight and home time every night. This is a full-time Class A CDL role based in Duncansville, PA.

Pay

• Average $94,000 per year

• Extra performance incentives of up to $10,400 per year

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid every Friday

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, dispatching at 11 PM

• Typically 50 to 55 hours per week

• Home every day

What you'll haul

• Parts and supplies delivered to automotive dealerships on multi-stop routes

• One drop and hook stop per route

• You'll unload using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks and rolling cages, and scan items as they come off the trailer

Equipment

• Newer trucks maintained by Penske, built with driver comfort and safety in mind

• Cameras facing both in and out of the cab to support safety

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residency and licensing in your state

• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card (current or able to obtain one)

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency, as required under federal DOT rules

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening, and complete a Penske application

• Able to work the assigned schedule and location, and stay alert and safety-focused throughout your shift

• Able to see and hear clearly, move around frequently, lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs), and safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area
