CDL-A Truck Driver & Equipment Operator — $25–$30/hr

This role combines truck driving with equipment operation for a 3PL utility logistics provider in Boise, ID. You'll haul freight between customer sites while also running yard equipment like forklifts, skid steers, and excavators, with pay ranging from $25 to $30 an hour.

Pay

• Hourly rate of $25 - $30, plus a shift differential for working nights

• Travel per diem included

What you'll haul

• Mix of dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and box trucks depending on the day's needs

• Also expect to operate forklifts, skid steers, excavators, and other yard machinery

Responsibilities

• Move freight between customer locations on time and in line with DOT rules

• Perform pre-trip inspections and basic upkeep on trucks and equipment

• Log mileage, deliveries, and maintenance accurately

• Keep your vehicle clean and work closely with dispatch and warehouse staff

• Stay flexible across different routes, loads, and customer requirements

Requirements

• Class A CDL required

• Tanker or doubles/triples endorsement a plus

• Background running dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and box trucks

• Prior logistics, transportation, or 3PL experience

• Able to lift heavy materials and handle multiple equipment types
