CDL-A Truck Driver — $800–$1,700/Week

Our company in Richmond, VA is looking for a CDL-A driver to move freight by tractor-trailer, with pay ranging from $800 to $1,700 weekly. Loads may include refrigerated goods, flatbed freight, tankers, vehicles, or hazardous materials, and routes may involve over-the-road travel.

What you'll haul

• General freight, car shipments, or dangerous goods depending on the assignment

• Possible equipment includes refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers

What you'll do

• Operate a tractor-trailer on scheduled routes and deliveries, navigating with GPS

• Check and secure loads, and load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques

• Keep accurate delivery paperwork and flag any issues with the truck, freight, or route

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with proven experience driving commercial trucks or making deliveries

• Comfortable with manual transmission and safe loading/unloading practices

• Understanding of FMCSA and DOT rules, plus hazmat handling procedures when applicable

• A plus if you've done OTR runs, pulled reefers, flatbeds, tankers, or hauled vehicles and logistics freight

• Experience with route driving and dangerous goods requirements is a plus
