About this job
Our company is hiring Class A CDL drivers for regional grocery deliveries out of the Lancaster, PA area. You are home every day and paid $30 an hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay and bonus
- $30 per hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid once you reach 180 days
Schedule and home time
- Home every day on regional routes
- Shifts begin between midnight and 5am
- Sundays off, plus one more day off that is never back-to-back with Sunday
The work
- Drive a semi-truck or box truck and deliver product safely to customers
- Handle ambient and temperature-sensitive freight, loading and unloading at about 3 to 10 stops a day
- Inspect your equipment and keep the paperwork so it meets all regulations and company rules
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Class A CDL and DOT certification with a valid DOT physical
- At least 21 years old
- About a year of recent tractor-trailer or commercial vehicle experience
- Follow FMCSR, DOT and company policies, with a focus on safety, quality and customer service
