About this job
Our company Ltd. is looking for new and experienced Class A drivers for long-haul runs, with paid training provided so recent truck driving school graduates can quickly move into solo driving.
Pay
- Earn $1,260 to $1,500 per week
- Expect to run 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly
Home time
- Out on the road for 2 weeks, then 2 days home with family
What you'll haul
- General freight using a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes
What you'll do
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Deliver loads on schedule
- Keep accurate trip logs and paperwork
- Learn safe driving habits and professional conduct on the road
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent truck driving school certificate showing at least 120 hours of training (or equivalent prior experience)
- A clean driving history and passed background check
- Must pass a DOT drug test
