CDL-A Truck Driver — $1,200–$1,600/wk + $5,000 Sign-On

Our company, a two-time TCA Elite Fleet honoree (2025 & 2026), is looking for CDL-A drivers to join a stable, driver-focused fleet with consistent freight and modern trucks.

Pay

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,600, with annual earnings between $62,400 and $83,500 or more

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Guaranteed minimum pay

• Possible extra pay: detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period, inclement weather pay up to $150 per day, and layover pay up to $150 per day

• Referral bonus of up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can earn

What you'll haul

• Steady, dependable freight with drop-and-hook loads, so you're not stuck waiting to be loaded or unloaded

• Predictable schedules

• Newer trucks equipped with APUs, automatic transmissions, and inverters

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving

• At least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with a single carrier after finishing training

• Comfortable working and communicating with others

• Background check required; the company evaluates conviction history individually and in line with applicable fair chance laws
