CDL-A Truck Driveaway Driver — $2,000–$2,200/Week

Our company needs seasoned CDL A drivers for a different kind of run: delivering factory-new Freightliner trucks straight to dealers and fleet buyers nationwide. There's no trailer to pull and no freight to load, just you behind the wheel of a new truck, sleeping in hotels and flying home between runs.

Pay

• $2,000 to $2,200 per week

Home time

• Trips typically run 2-3 weeks before you head back

• You'll stay in hotels each night rather than sleeping in a truck

What you'll haul

• Nothing but new Freightliner trucks themselves, no trailers, no freight, no dock delays

• Works well if you've run flatbed, step deck, heavy haul, open deck, auto haul, or standard OTR freight

Requirements

• Current CDL A

• A minimum of 1 year of provable tractor-trailer driving within the last 3 years

• Comfortable driving manual transmission

• Willing and able to stay out 2-3 weeks per trip

• Doubles/Triples endorsement is a plus
